John adams Presendency. He was vice president to George washington. He later on became the 2nd president of the United States. He hated being vice president. He thought that it was below him basically. The experiences of being vice president due to his vanity, vigor, and intellect. He often complained to his wife, Abigail. He once told her and I quote, "My country has in its wisdom contived for me the most insignificant office that ever the invention of mancontrived for his imagination concieved. John Adams had other officies he was involved in other then being the vice president. He was a member of Massachusettes legislature. Delegate to first and second continental congress of Massachusettes. Member of the Provincial Congress of Massachusettes. Commissioner to France. Minister to the Netherlands and England. No one revoted him in to be preident again due to his actions. |
